In der einfUhrenden UNIX-Literatur werden diese machtigen Werkzeuge aus PlatzgrUnden meist ausgespart oder nur am Rande behandelt. Andere UNIX-Publikationen konzentrieren sich wie derum auf spezielle Teilgebiete der Textmusterverarbeitung (z. B. die Ver wendung von Lex und Yacc fUr den Compilerbau).
