Finally, this book is dedicated to Professor Lex Donaldson who is a thought leader in the field. The field owed this to Lex, for his lifelong dedication to organisational studies and for his creation and advancement of theories that have inspired several generations of researchers.

Jane XJ Qiu is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Management at UNSW Australia Business School, Sydney, Australia.

Ben Nanfeng Luo is an Assistant Professor in the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China, Beijing, China.

Chris Jackson is a Professor in the School of Management at UNSW Australia Business School, Sydney, Australia.
