Sandra Rademacher is Professor of Educational Science at the University of Flensburg, Germany. Her research interests are socialisation, cross-cultural research on childhood and youth, teacher professionality, and methods and methodology of qualitative research.

Michael Tressat is a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the University of Flensburg, Germany. His research interests are socialisation, biography, adolescence and migration, digital transformation in education, and the methods and methodology of qualitative reconstructive research.
