Moro, Isabelle: - Doctorante en sciences de l'éducation et de la formation à l'Université Rennes 2, Isabelle Moro mène une recherche portant sur les obstacles rencontrés par les femmes dans leur parcours vers les postes de cheffes d'établissement scolaire. Diplômée en sociologie, en sciences de l'éducation et en études sur le genre, elle s'intéresse particulièrement aux inégalités de genre dans le recrutement et la gestion des personnels de direction au sein de l'Éducation nationale. Elle est aussi chargée de mission Femmes-Carrières pour l'association À Compétence Égale, qui fédère les responsables de recrutement engagés contre les discriminations et pour la diversité dans l'emploi.
