Dar- iiber hinaus wachst die Angst vor einer EinbuBe der intemationalen Wettbewerbsposition der Bundesrepublik. Der pragmatische Politikstil der Schmidt-Ara zehrt zugleich den ur- spriinglichen Reformimpetus und damit die geschichtliche Legitimations- decke sozialliberaler Politikgrundlegung in der Bundesrepublik auf.
