About The Author

François-Pierre Gingras is a Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Ottawa, and was three-term Chair of the Faculty of Social Sciences. He received his PhD in Sociology from the Université René Descartes in Paris and is a former French editor of the Canadian Journal of Political Science.
