Subsequent to my earlier blog articles book, MACHONA AWAKENING - home in grey matter, I, in this my fifth book, present a second collection of pieces from my private blog: www.chilembowarriormoves.com. These have been edited and streamlined to suit book format presentation. The previous book dwelled specifically on the theme of reconnecting challenges with my homeland, South Africa, after my having lived abroad for thirty-eight years. In this current book, however, the articles are socio-politico commentaries written in response to, or inspired by various events and circumstances, both in my immediate and distant environments.
Some articles will also be direct responses to other writers' works on the numerous media platforms of our times. The book comprises fifty-four chapters, with the articles presented in the chronological order of their original blog publications, starting from August 24, 2011 to February 18, 2018. The articles were written from Norway and South Africa. It is my sincere hope that the reader shall find the book enjoyable, thought-provoking, enlightening, and inspirational. I do not write books because I think that I am some great man who wants to change, or take over the world.
The primary motivation for my book writing endeavours is a longstanding irrepressible, inner creative urge to tell and share stories with the humanity. If my thoughts, the values, and beliefs I propagate inspire somebody to see possibilities of changing their own worlds for the better, then, book writing and story-telling will be worthy exercises to pursue for as long as I live.

I am a naturalized Norwegian citizen, born in South Africa in 1960. Between 1975 and 1988, I lived as an exile in Zambia, my fatherland; growing up into a memorable, colourful academic and sports achiever young adulthood. In 1988, I went to Norway to pursue post-graduate studies in economics. This is where I would become a man. In a major career change move in the country, I have a reputation for myself as a leading international Karate practitioner and teacher. The two clubs I formed, and led in Oslo and Nesodden, respectively, are still operational, and are run successfully by my senior Black Belt students. I would eventually attain professional qualifications in Therapeutic Massage Therapy, Reflexology, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner Life/ Executive Coaching. For more than fifteen years until June 2013, in connection with the mentioned competences, I ran a flourishing Health & Wellness practice in Oslo, Norway. Thank you very much for buying Machona Blogs - as I see it. The book is the fifth of my many more books to come. This is a continuing fulfilment of dreams to write and publish own stories and thoughts since my early teenage years. I am also a holder of a 6th Dan Karate Black Belt Master Degree; and I command international Karate pioneer status in three countries, namely, Norway, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. My hobbies include reading and writing, fitness training, the Martial Arts, Health & Wellness, and entrepreneurship. I also love many aspects of culture: art, music, and theatre. Observing technical and architectural designs inspires me too; as do fashion and style. As a gastrosexual, I enjoy good food and wine in appropriate settings. I am happily unmarried with no children.
