Lyle, PhD, has 40 years' experience in public safety leadership and private security, having held responsible leadership positions in law enforcement, intelligence, and private security. For the past fifteen years, he has engaged in higher learning. A native of Florida, he is an adjunct professor of Criminal Justice at Columbia College of Missouri teaching in both the undergraduate and Graduate programs. He is co-editor of two Journals: The International Journal of Leadership, Education, and Business Studies and The Journal of Education and Social Justice.
