Ohne Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit zu erheben - weder in bezug auf die hier vorge- schlagenen Typen von Orientierungsmustern noch hinsichtlich deren inhaltlicher Beschreibung -lassen sich aus den präsentierten Beispielen einige typenkonstituierende Eigenschaften ableiten: 1. Der Parteisympathisant verfolgte vor der Wende politische Sendungen vorwiegend im ERD-Fernsehen, war aber darüber hinaus kaum bzw. schwach öffentlich-konven- tionell oder unkonventionell politisch engagiert. Die Kenntnisse über die Bundesre- publik, obwohl mit deutlichen Niveauunterschieden zwischen den Befragten ausge- wiesen, sind relativ umfangreich. Er kann seine parteipolitische Neigung, damals wie heute, schlecht rational erklären. Menschen dieses Orientierungstyps freuten sich frü- her über die politischen Erfolge einer bestimmten bundesdeutschen Partei und deuten das heute eher als gewohnheitsmä iges Verhalten. Hier finden sich keine familiären Sozialisationseffekte in bezug auf Parteien in ihrer Vergangenheit. Diese Orientierung war und ist meist mit sozialen Leistungserwartungen verknüpft, die vor der Wende mehr die wirtschaftliche, konsumtive und soziale Überlegenheit der BRD und weni- ger die Eigenschaften der politischen Ordnung zum Gegenstand hatten. In diesem Orientierungsmuster ist, in Unterschied zum zweiten, eine Unterstützung der politi- schen Ordnung erkennbar. In unserer Interviewreihe war dieser Typ stärker auf das linke Parteienspektrum orientiert, wobei diese Neigung sehr schwach ausgeprägt ist und situative Issue-Ein- stellungen Befragten dieser Gruppe 1990 häufig zu Wahlentscheidungen bewegte, die ihrer instinktiven Orientierung entgegenstehen. In dieser Gruppe sind die Enttäuschun- gen vom bundesdeutschen Parteiensystem momentan am stärksten ausgeprägt.
