Mohapatra, Gina: - Dr. Jina Mohapatra is a dedicated academician and researcher in Political Science, she holds M. A, M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees. A Gold Medalist in Political Science from Nayagarh Autonomous College, presently associated with Rama Devi Women's University. She completed her Ph.D. from Utkal University with the research topic "Political Participation of Women in Rural Governance: A Case Study of Nayagarh District of Odisha." Her academic interests include women's political empowerment, rural governance, Panchayati Raj Institutions, and democratic participation. Through her research and teaching, Dr. Mohapatra actively contributes to the advancement of gender studies and inclusive governance. She is committed to promoting social awareness, academic excellence, and women's leadership in contemporary society. Her areas of interest include Political Theory, International Relations, India's Foreign Policy, Local Governance, Social Issues, Human Rights, and Women's Political Empowerment. Dr. Mohapatra has actively participated in national and international seminars and has presented research papers on women in politics, public policy, human rights, and contemporary governance. Through her academic writings and research contributions, she continues to promote the values of gender equality, democratic participation, and inclusive rural governance in India.
