Ajit Mondal has been teaching as Assistant Professor & Head, Department of Education, Surendranath College for Women (University of Calcutta), Kolkata. He did double M.A., in English and Education, and Ph.D. in Education from the University of Kalyani, West Bengal. He has published more than 25 papers in peer reviewed journals and authored three books. He has edited seven books on education. He has also contributed articles to the SAGE Open Journal, Kurukshetra, Yojana, the Primary Teacher Journal (NCERT), and Bangladesh Education Journal (BAFED, in collaboration with Bangladesh, UNESCO).
Manju Narula is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Administration, in National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA). She is Ph.D. in Education and trained in Educational Planning and Administration from International Institute of Educational Planning (UNESCO), Paris. She has authored/co-authored books, Quality in Secondary Education: Role of Education Boards; Effective Teaching in Higher Education; Secondary Education: The Challenges Ahead (ed.); Educational Administration in West Bengal: Structures, Processes and Future Prospects; and Educational Administration in Bihar: Structures, Processes and Future Prospects. She has contributed articles in books and published several articles and research papers on multidimensional issues of school education.
