Kashmir Problem and Its Solution contributes greatly to our understanding of one of the most serious challenges facing the Indian nation. It tries to bring home to the readers that the Kashmir problem could be solved through the honest and determined implementation of the resolutions passed by the Parliament and the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly so far, without keeping any biased attitude and by comprehending this problem in right perspective. The Kashmir problem is intricate, and is made more intricate, with the foreign intervention. There are the silky knots, to be untied and unfolded smoothly. Love, affection, brotherhood and confidence are the main keys to solving this delicate problem. The outer frame of the canvass is circumscribed by the good of the people on both the sides, and the sovereignty and territorial integrity of India. Written by a jurist of high eminence, the book deserves attention of all those interested in understanding the Kashmir problem in a proper manner. It is both a clear analysis as well as political history of the Kashmir problem. It is an eye-opener and would go a long way in enabling the people to see the Kashmir problem from an objective viewpoint. It is a must read for bureaucrats, politicians and all those concerned with and would like to see the Kashmir tangle resolved.
