FranCoise Blum was educated in both English and French law. She has practised EC law and, in particular competition law, for the past 13 years; first, as a solicitor in the City of London, then in Brussels and finally in Paris as an avocat. She has recently been appointed rEfErendaire at the Court of Justice. She has advised several public enterprises and private companies on the application of Article 90, particularly in the postal, transport and energy sectors.
Anne Logue is a solicitor, an EC law specialist, entitled to practise in the three jurisdictions of England & Wales, Ireland, and Northern Ireland. After many years in the EC Unit of Clifford Chance in Brussels, in 1996 she established, and is Director of, Prior Associates, a group of EC law analysts, in Brussels and Dublin. As a practitioner of EC competition law, including the application of Article 90, she has advised public and private enterprises, the European Commission and national governments on EC law and policy. She has also advised on EC Competition Law in respect of the EU applicant countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
