Gupta, Shantanu: - Shantanu Gupta is an Indian author, TEDx speaker and political analyst. His latest book The Monk Who Became Chief Minister--biography of Yogi Adityanath, is listed as the 'Most memorable Non-Fiction Book of 2017' by Amazon. Shantanu has an engineering degree from GB Pant University, Management education from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and did his masters in policy and politics from Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex (United Kingdom). He has worked for a decade as a process and management consultant in many cities in India, Switzerland, Cyprus, Hungry and Israel. He has represented India at many international conferences on economy and policy, in Germany, Malaysia and Sri Lanka.

Sharma, Nikhil: - Nikhil Paramjit Sharma is the founder-CEO of zlait Sports Management and works actively in the sports consultancy, infrastructure and athlete management domain. He has also until recently served as Director on the board of Shillong Lajong Football Club--an I-League club from the North-East of India. He was part of the founding team that incepted the Guwahati franchise in the Indian Super League in 2014 which he led as Head of Football in the 2014 ISL season. A certified Football Coach with AIFF, AFC and FIFA courses attended, Nikhil is passionate about technical advancement, commercialisation and branding of the sport of football, particularly in India. He has authored numerous articles and essays relating to football in India focussing on sustainability and sports marketing.
Nikhil has been instrumental in bringing world famous sports clubs and brands to India through his entire career in sports management. He has previously worked in various FMCG, Retail and Media organisations across the length and breadth of the country.
