Mary-Ellen Low aka Sukie Low is a retired RN, author, dog lover, dog cookie baker, ukulele player and free spirit. She is also a collector of teacups, books, country music and, of course, cowgirl hats.

"Dear God...Letters from the Nursing Home" is her first book based on her nursing experiences. She has a small but popular dog cookie business called Sookie's Cookies for Dogs. Her own dogs joyfully do the taste testing! She lives in Aiken, SC with her husband, Bob, and her two rescue dogs, Cleo and Augie.

Madelyn is a compassionate, creative, self motivated and confident young lady with a future doing anything she can dream up. She lives with her parents, brother and 3 cats.
