Adam Owen (Licencia UEFA PRO/PhD en Ciencias del Deporte y el Ejercicio) es el Preparador Físico y Científico del Deporte del Equipo Nacional de Gales y Consultor Investigador en el SL Benfica. El segundo libro de esta serie se centra en la Periodización, las Características del Entrenamiento en Función del Momento de la Temporada y las Situaciones de Juego Reducido.
