Wilbert Kieboom brings decades of defense and operational experience into the airsoft world. During his tenure as Chief Operations in various organizations, he worked directly and indirectly with various armed forces worldwide, delivering advanced combat information systems for land and air-land battlefield operations. Now in his later years as an experienced arms instructor (NOC/NSF recognized) and tactical enthusiast, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to the book. He has trained shooters in the Olympic pistol and rifle disciplines.
Beyond his professional career, Wilbert was an accomplished competitive shooter, holding titles such as USA Eastern Collegiate Champion and Dutch National Champion (C class).

Terence Bloem is a former Group Commander (Air Mobile) Infantry and Instructor in the Royal Netherlands Army. He is also a certified NABV BOSS Instructor and NABV Airsoft Instructor Level 3, known for his expertise in advanced tactics and close-quarters combat (CQB). Terence owns and runs a training academy - On-target-training covering topics from CQB level I and level II, leadership to Milsim and Airsoft gameplay. His rigorous training, field exercises, and deployments instilled expertise in tactics, teamwork, and leadership, which now form the foundation of his airsoft programs.

Certified as a NABV BOSS Instructor and Airsoft Instructor Level 3 (NOC-NSF recognized), Terence uses his military background to provide professional, realistic, and immersive training sessions. With expertise as an Infantry and Shooting Instructor, specializing in platforms like the Glock 17, M4 variants, and FN MAG, Terence ensures On Target Training delivers rewarding experiences for players of all levels, combining military precision with airsoft creativity.
