Narendra Khatri is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mechatronics, Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, India. He worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate (Agri-drones) at the World Bank and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, a New Delhi-sponsored project under NAHEP-CAAST-DFSRDA, Centre of Excellence for Digital Farming Solution for Enhancing Productivity Using Robots, Drones, and AGVs at VNMKV, Parbhani, India. He was awarded a research fellowship on a project titled "Smart Embedded Control System for Energy Independent Wastewater Treatment Plant". Dr. Khatri is a Senior Member of IEEE, LM-ISTE, and Faculty Advisor IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Student Branch Manipal. He has published various International Journal articles and conference papers. He has been granted with a Indian patent, 9 Indian design registrations, and 2 Indian patents published. He is a peer reviewer of IEEE Systems, Elsevier's Water Research, Environmental Pollution and Bioavailability, Journal of Water Process Engineering, MDPI's Sustainability, Agriculture, etc. Dr. Khatri was awarded the best paper presentation award at IEEE conferences viz. Sunil Kumar Jha is an Associate Professor & Associate Dean of Research at Adani University, Ahmedabad, India. He received a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Physics from the VBS Purvanchal University, India, in 2003 and 2005 respectively, and a Ph.D. in Physics from Banaras Hindu University, India, in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Kyushu University, Japan, and Hanyang University, Korea. From February 2015 to September 2017, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Information Science and Technology, Macedonia, and the University of Information Technology and Management, Poland. Currently, he is working as an Associate Professor at the Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. He is the author of 2 book chapters and more than 80+ SCI articles in the journal of repute. He is actively working as a reviewer of several reputed journals. His research interests include chemical sensors, machine learning, data mining, pattern recognition applications, and health informatics. He worked as publication chair and program committee member of several international conferences.
