Ashwani Kumar Dubey is a Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at ASET, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida, India. He holds a B.E. (AMIE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering, an M.Tech. in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. With over two decades of academic and research experience, Dr. Dubey has held various teaching and administrative roles at leading institutions, including GD Goenka World Institute-Lancaster University (UK). He has published more than 90 research papers in reputed international and national journals and conferences. He has filed 23 patents (3 granted) and has actively contributed to organizing conferences. He has supervised over 10 Ph.D. scholars and continues to guide research in emerging technologies.
Álvaro Rocha holds the title of Honorary Professor and has earned a Habilitation in Information Science, a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Technologies, an M.Sc. in Information Management, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science. He is a Professor of Information Systems at the University of Lisbon - ISEG Lisbon School of Economics and Management, a researcher at ADVANCE (the ISEG Centre for Advanced Research in Management), and a collaborating researcher at CINTESIS. His main research interests are maturity models, management information systems, intelligent systems, cybersecurity, e-government, e-health, and information technology in education. He is also Vice-Chair of the IEEE Portugal Section Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society Chapter, and Founder and Editor-in-Chief of two journals:

Halina Kwasnicka is a Professor in the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Poland. Her research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, with recent emphasis on Explainable AI (XAI). She has led multiple AI projects in medicine, image analysis, and natural language processing, and has participated in EU and international collaborations. She served as Deputy Director for Research at the Institute of Informatics (2004-2012) and founded the Department of Artificial Intelligence. Prof. Kwasnicka is an expert for the European Commission and a member of the INFOSTRATEG Steering Committee. She has received several honors, including the Gold Cross of Merit and the title of
Professor Magnus. In 2022, she was named one of the Top 10 Women in AI by
Perspektywy. Lyudmila Mihaylova is a Professor of Signal Processing and Control in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. Her research interests are in the areas of trustworthy autonomous systems with applications to intelligent systems for smart cities, sensor networks, digital health, and others. She has expertise in machine learning, intelligent sensing, and sensor data fusion. Prof. Mihaylova has published more than 200 scientific papers in peer-reviewed international journals. She is a guest editor for a special issue of
Frontiers in Robotics and AI (2022-2023). Prof. Mihaylova is on the Board of Directors of the International Society of Information Fusion (ISIF) and was the ISIF President from 2016 to 2018. She won the Tammy Blair Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Information Fusion 2017, Best Paper Awards from IEEE DESSERT 2019, the 17th IEEE SPA 2013 Conference, and the IEEE Sensor Data Fusion Workshop 2013, as well as Best Student Paper Awards from IEEE MFI 2021, IEEE ICMA 2023, and others.
