Radovan Kopecek is the department head for strategy and education and one of the founders of the International Solar Energy Research Center (ISC) Konstanz, Germany. Dr Kopecek oversees production strategies, industry partnerships, and explores new fields for c-Si technology, such as space applications, small-scale prototype production, as well as hands-on training at the newly established pilot line for cell and module manufacturing.

Joris Libal is project manager - technology transfer at the ISC Konstanz, Germany. After obtaining his PhD at the University of Konstanz and a post-doc fellowship at the University Milano-Bicocca he worked for the company Silfab as R&D Manager. Since 2012 Dr Libal has been working at the ISC in the field of innovative bifacial n-type solar cells and module technology as well as techno-economic analysis and energy yield simulations for PV technologies.
