Ces derni�res sont hybrid�es avec l'algorithme des approximations successives pour faciliter la r�solution des �quations Hamilton-Jaccobi-Isaacs r�sultantes. Nous avons �tudi� plusieurs approches de la commande H-infinie non lin�aire, � savoir, la commande continue/discr�te par retour d'�tat avec et sans contraintes, la commande � horizon fini et la commande par retour de sorties impliquant un observateur non lin�aire. Le deuxi�me volet de ce travail s'int�resse � un algorithme d'apprentissage en ligne de type renforcement bas� sur le concept d'Acteur-Critique pour la r�solution des �quations HJI. Le troisi�me volet est celui de l'utilisation d'une m�ta-heuristique d'optimisation bas�e sur les essaims de particules (PSO), pour la r�solution des �quations HJI. Ces techniques ont �t� appliqu�s pour la commande d'une vari�t� de syst�mes non lin�aires dynamiques. Les r�sultats de simulation obtenus ont montr� des meilleurs performances en mati�re de stabilit� et robustesse.
