Bei der engen Beriihrung zwischen Hartmetallwerkzeugen und der Anwendung von Industriediamanten haben \Vir es fUr richtig gehalten, auch dem Industriediamanten einen Platz im Rahmen dieses Bandes vorzubehalten. Wir machten an dieser Stelle den Mitarbeitern an dem 2. Band fUr die griindliche und verstandnisvolle Zusammenarbeit unseren Dank aussprechen. \Vir hoffen, daB infolge dieser Arbeitsteilung der 2. Band den Erfahrungsstand bis etwa zum Jahre 1954 vermittelt.
