Jeff Nosanov is a seasoned space industry expert and proposal strategist with over a decade and a half of experience working within and alongside NASA. He has contributed to mission development at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory, and NASA Headquarters, supporting a wide range of science and exploration initiatives. Jeff served as the proposal manager for NASA's Interstellar Mapping and Acceleration Probe (IMAP) mission, scheduled to launch in 2025. His leadership was critical in securing this flagship mission, which will study the boundary of the heliosphere and the interactions between our solar system and the interstellar medium.
In his career, Jeff has helped win over $2 billion in funded government proposals, supporting space missions, advanced technology development, and defense-related programs. He is a three-time recipient of the NASA Innovative Advanced Concepts (NIAC) award for bold mission concepts ranging from solar sails to lunar exploration and interstellar precursor probes.
