Dezember 1996 ist die Bildschirmarbeitsverordnung in Kraft. Hiernach wurden Unternehmen verpflichtet, vorbeugende Arbeitschutzma nahmen auch für die Bildschirmarbeit zu ergreifen. Mit dieser Studienarbeit soll versucht werden, einen Leitfaden zur Beurteilung psychischer Belastungen an Bildschirmarbeitsplätzen für den Praktiker zu erstellen, der zudem auf weiterführende Literatur verweist. In Kapitel 2 wird der Frage nachgegangen, was unter psychischer Belastungen verstanden wird, warum diesen Belastungen am Bildschirmarbeitsplatz heute eine besondere Bedeutung zukommt und wie die gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen aussehen. Dazu wird die Handlungsregulationstheorie und das Tätigkeitsbewertungssystem sowie neuere Untersuchungen vorgestellt. Im folgenden Kapitel 3 werden gängige Verfahren zur Erhebung psychischer Belastungen an Bildschirmarbeitsplätzen vorgestellt und vergleichend bewertet. Es findet sich auch eine kleine Vorstellung von Kurzverfahren zur Bildschirmarbeitsplatzanalyse unter besonderer Berücksichtigung ihrer Analysefähigkeit von psychischen Belastungen. Daraufhin wird am Ende dieses Kapitels auch ein Instrument ausgewählt, welches in abgewandelter Form bei einem Projekt des Institut für Arbeitswissenschaften und Fachdidaktik des Maschinenbaus - IADM Anwendung fand. Die Durchführung der Analyse und Auswertung der psychischen Belastung an Bildschirmarbeitsplätzen wird im 4. Kapitel dokumentiert. Die Ergebnisse aus der Untersuchung sollen in ein Modul einer IADM-Verfahrensentwicklung zur Analyse von Bildschirmarbeitsplätzen einflie en. Dieses Verfahren hat vier Schritte.
