Prof. Burkard Wördenweber promovierte in Informatik an der Cambridge University, Großbritannien. Er leitete die Forschung von Hella und gründete das L-LAB. Er ist Ehrenprofessor der Universität Paderborn. Bis 2007 war er Direktor für Engineering für Visteon und berät jetzt Unternehmen bei Innovationen, Technologie- und Produktentwicklung.

Dr. Marco Eggert promovierte in Innovationsmanagement an der Universität Paderborn und arbeitete in der Vorentwicklung bei Visteon. Nach einigen Jahren als Innovationsberater bei Phasix, wechselte er 2012 in das Innovationsmanagement bei Magna Powertrain und leitet seid 2016 das Innolab bei der Kiekert AG.

Dr. André Größer promovierte mit dem Fokus auf die Umsetzung hochriskanter, komplexer Projekte unter Zeitdruck an der Universität Paderborn gemeinsam mit der Leica Camera AG. Anschließend war er als Innovationsmanager bei MAN Truck & Bus AG tätig. 2014 baute er das Digital Innovation Lab "MAN X-Lab" auf. Bis Ende 2018 war er als Direktor für Digital Services und Business Innovation bei Schaeffler verantwortlich. Heute unterstützt er Unternehmen bei der digitalen Transformation und Entwicklung neuer Innovationen. Das Capital Wirtschaftsmagazin zeichnete ihn 2018 zur Jungen Elite Deutschlands "Top 40 unter 40" aus.

Dr. Wiro Wickord studierte Maschinenbau an der Universität Dortmund und Industrial Engineering am Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA. Zwischen 1999 und 2003 promovierte er als Mitarbeiter am Heinz Nixdorf Institut der Universität Paderborn auf dem Gebiet der systematischen Entwicklung und Bewertung mechatronischer Systeme. Seit 2001 ist Wiro Wickord geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der ATHENA Technologie Beratung GmbH. Er leitet dort die Bereiche Innovationsmanagement, Patentmanagement und Engineering.
