Beim Herstellen verschiedener Maschinenteile aus Verbindungen mehrerer ein- facher Elemente können Schmelzschwei en und mechanische Verbindungsver- fahren oft nur sehr schwer bzw. nicht angewandt werden. In manchen Fällen be- ruhen diese Schwierigkeiten auf Formen und Stückgrö en der zu verbindenden Teile, etwa bei Verbindungen von dünnen Blechen, während in anderen Fällen technologische Schwierigkeiten verursacht werden. Dann wendet man in erhöh- tem Ma e Hartlötverbindungen an, so da es für den Konstrukteur notwendig wird, die Eigenschaften dieser Verbindungsarten zu kennen. Bisher sind ver- gleichbare Versuchsergebnisse über die Festigkeit von einigen Lötverbindungen nur bei Raumtemperatur bekannt geworden. Wie sich bei der Aufstellung der Werkstoffnormen für den Flugzeugbau gezeigt hat, liegen über den Einflu der Temperatur auf die Festigkeitseigenschaften der Verbindungen nur ungenügende oder zum Teil keine Resultate vor. Durch die immer häufigere Anwendung von Hartlötverbindungen, insbesondere im Turbinenbau und im Flugzeugbau (z. B. Zelle bei Überschallgeschwindigkeit, Triebwerk und Wärmeaustauscher), müssen Festigkeitswerte auch bei erhöhten Temperaturen ermittelt werden. In der vorliegenden Untersuchung wurde die Warmfestigkeit bei Zug-und bei Scherbeanspruchung von Hartlötverbindungen einiger Werkstoffe des Flugzeug- baues ermittelt. Dazu wurden zunächst Lötverbindungen von Stählen und Kupferlegierungen unter induktiver Erwärmung bzw. Erhitzung im Ofen herge- stellt und bei s. tatischer Zug-und Scherbeanspruchung in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur untersucht. 1. 1 Begriffsbestimmungen In der Literatur findet man zahlreiche Definitionsvorschläge für die Vorgänge beim Löten. Ein Entwurf aus der Nor- mungsarbeit 1959 [4] über diese Begriffe ist veröffentlicht worden.
