About The Author

Fischer, Jennifer White: - A life-long resident of New Jersey, Ms. Fischer has enjoyed exploring our country on road trips since the age of six when her family drove cross-country to Arizona and back. Those were the days before interstates, and road services were few and far between. This memorable trip instilled in her the curiosity to see more of our country. Travels have taken her to 49 or our 50 states. A recent interest in U.S. history resulted in the two trips chronicled in this book. Along with travel and writing, the author has a passion for photography and music. She is currently working on a second book about road trips through other parts of the USA.
