The author issued the following appeal on the back flap of his book: "Dear Readers and People of the World, The advanced edition of this true crime novel OPERATION TWINS - 9/11: THE ACCUSATION was written to inform the general public about the fact that everything that happened on September 11, 2001 in America was known in detail for years in advance to the CIA, President Ronald Reagan, Vice President and later President George Bush, Bill Clinton, and Bush Junior as well as the leaders of many other countries, such as Helmut Kohl, Slobodan Milosevic, Francois Mitterrand, Ariel Sharon, John Major, Tony Blair, Ruud Lubbers, Wim Kok, etc., etc., etc. All of this can be corroborated: the library of the White House in Washington contains all copies of the magazine The Serbian Army, in which from 1991 until the fatal attacks photo collages were published, showing how passenger planes are directed to all those targets in America that on Sep-tember 11, 2001 were destroyed! In 1999, the first part of the trilogy OPERATION TWINS appeared in the original Serbian, the English translation in 2005 and an excerpt of part 2 in 2006. So it is now up to you, dear readers and people of the world, to ask those of the above-mentioned persons who are still alive, to bear witness to the truth and to finally bring all the direct and indirect perpetrators of this heinous crime to justice. Sincerely, Dr. Slobodan Radojev Mitric General Director Reserve Police International (RPI) & World Atomic Counter-Espionage (WACE) P.S. I have dedicated this novel to my deceased dear wife Iris, to my deceased foster father Major-General Raymond J. Healey, former CIA director for Asia and Europe, and all members of Reserve Police International and of course to all victims of this operation from 1982 until 2001." Slobodan Radojev Mitric, also known as Karate Bob, is a former top Yugoslav Counter Intelligence agent who, after defecting to the West in 1973, in 1993 succeeded former CIA director for Asia and Europe, Major-General Raymond Healey, as World Director of Reserve Police International (RPI), an organization at that time based in Tucson. A Karate master 10th Dan and criminologist with an honorary degree in law from the Arizona College of Police Science (1986), he is also a poet, playwright and artist in his own right. The cover of this advanced edition shows the mirrored title page of the screen-play entitled Operation Twins written by the author dated 1982. It was also used for the cover of part 1 of the republished English book version of Operation Twins in 2005. The author lives and works in exile from his native country Serbia since 1973 in Amsterdam under constant threat of being deported and has not appeared in public since June 2010 for fear of being assinated. He was married to the Dutch artist Iris de Vries, who died on January 10, 2006 under suspicious circumstances in an Amsterdam hospital. His previous true crime books published in English by the Willehalm Institute Press Foundation in Amsterdam include "The Golden Tip - The Entanglement of the Upper and Underworld and the Murder of Gerrit Jan Heijn" (2009) and "Help! They've Kidnapped Me! Lady Di - A Modern Fairy tale" (2010). This unique advanced edition, half novel, half documentary, is a partial disclosure from a counter-intelligence operative and author on what brought on 9/11. In the spring of this year, the author announced another true crime book on the murder of the Dutch filmmaker Theo van Gogh entitled "Dead End Street - Why the Dutch Secret Service Murdered their Top Agent Theo van Gogh".
