This is the true story of the real life fugitive. Dr. David was the physician who was embroiled in an globally infamous court case involving a Kaiser Bellman MD. Dr. David worked with Bellman from 2003 to 2008.Dr. David was forced to plead guilty to a crime that he hadn't committed as his lawyers were pressured from the Philadelphia District Attorneys office to not to defend him. Dr. David a convicted murder in the third degree to a crime that no longer exists. Dr. David is a convicted murderer in the third degree with no victims. Even Though, the charge was dropped against Dr. David I was sentenced to 6 to 12 years in state prison because of the heated politics involved in Bellman's abortion trial forced my sentencing judge to ignore mitigating judgement from the judge whom presided over Bellman's murder trial. The judge also had recognized that the charge no longer existed and he sentenced me.
My story takes place in three parts. The years I spent at the clinic in Philadelphia chronologizing the cultural misogyny and abuse of my female patients. Insight to how Kermit Gosnell conducted himself.
My story working at the clinic in Philadelphia centers on myself and the relationship I had working with Bellman as well the staff. I also included many vignettes of patient stories and their struggle as women in a misogynistic culture of the inner city. The story evolves from an out of place stranger to the culture of the inner-city lacking confidence to emerge as a confident physician well imbedded in a community that grew to except me. My experience at the clinic evolves as I start to suspect an undercurrent of corruption around me and the growing dysfunction of the staff. Ultimately this led to being ousted through threats from not just the staff but also their family members.
From the time I left the clinic years prior to the federal agents raid on Bellman had continued to use Dr. David's name. He continued his efforts of placing the blame for his criminal conduct on me even though Dr. David had left his clinic years prior. The journalist's photo on the front page when his clinic when it was raided by federal agents verify this fact by including a picture of the marquee containing my name as a of physician that worked in the clinic at one time.
Dr. David was subsequently lured to a Harrisburg Commonwealth building by a commonwealth investigator under false pretenses as I was held against my will interrogated and threatened by federal as well as commonwealth agents while being secretly recorded with out knowledge or consent. Later I learned the Philadelphia District Attorneys office had colluded with these agencies to hold me for interrogation. Subsequently, the District Attorney was convicted in Federal court of fixing trials by his influence over the judges in Philadelphia's first judicial district, as well taking brides The DA used this illegal recording against me during a grand jury testimony. The DA used the grand jury to launder an illegal recording and interrogation to subsequently reconstruct the facts to produce evidence against myself when they had no evidence.
Five months later Dr. David woke up at 5 am on his day off to a pounding at my front door. In his scrubs he answer his front door to six men brandishing M16 rifles and Glocks with warrant for Dr. David's arrest for murder. Cuffed and shackled he was removed from his normal life, and tossed through the looking glass to the end of life as he knew it forever.
