Claudio de Castro (1957 - ) is a Panamanian writer, very well-known author of stories for young people, about the amateur detectives and stories of amazing adventures. Many of them have been award winners. He publishes novels under the saga of "Mysteries of the Ouckland Island" in which unforgettable characters appear and live in the hearts of the readers. Between his most famous books he has: "The Mystery of the Closed Room," "The Silent Killer," "The Executioner," "An Assigned Death," and "The Papermen."
