Esto de las raterías y engañifas es tan antiguo como la misma humanidad. El elegido recibe abundante documentación con sellos forjados de importantes bancos donde supuestamente reposa este dinero. Incluso de una cuenta ya abierta a su nombre en algún Banco Europeo. De cada 100 personas elegidas al azar, 20 contestan el correo electrónico y 10 envían dinero. En el año 2017 solo en Europa se estafaron con esta modalidad delictiva una suma superior a los 3000 millones de dólares.
