Neben der Kriminalgeschichte gibt das Buch interessante Einblicke und Beschreibungen von Himmelsbeobachtungen und astronomischen Zusammenhängen, die auch der Laie nachvollziehen kann. Darüberhinaus kommen Beschreibungen der Algarve nicht zu kurz. So mancher Urlauber oder Resident wird die unterschiedlichen Schauplätze wiedererkennen und vielleicht den ein oder anderen Tipp ausprobieren.

Günter Klein, geboren 1939 in Köln, als Ältester von fünf Kindern. Nach Ausbildung, Weltreise und 2 Jahren Fahrt zur See lebte und arbeitete er als Selbständiger über 40 erfolgreiche Jahre lang in Düsseldorf.
