About The Author

S.K. Tarafder has had twenty-six years of experience in managerial positions in administration of reputed commercial organisations of India. By virtue of his consistently high academic qualifications, maturity of thought, mental acumen, personality and instant problem-solving capacity, he was elevated to the position of Manager-Administration till retirement from service of an organisation of India-wide reputation. He was one of the members of Interview Board interviewing candidates for different positions. He was also an accredited member of Merchants Chamber of Commerce, Kolkata for a pretty long time. He is author of the book entitled Essence of A Competent Manager.
