Ram Krishna Mandal, M.A. (Distinction), M.Phil., Ph.D. in Econometrics, BLIS and B.Ed. from North Bengal University, West Bengal has been serving the Department of Economics, Dera Natung Government College, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.
