Throughout his career, he has held key positions including Chief Personnel Manager and Senior Deputy Director (Personnel and Administration). Later, he joined Hindustan Copper Ltd. as Deputy General Manager (Personnel and Administration). Mr. Kumar’s educational qualifications are equally remarkable, encompassing a B.Sc. in Engineering from RIT, Jamshedpur; a Graduateship in Industrial Engineering from NITIE, Mumbai; a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from NIPM, Kolkata; and an LL.B. from Ranchi University. He has also served as a visiting faculty member at SAIL College of Management, Ranchi. Moreover, he has also served the Government of India as Director (Administration) at the Ministry of Labour. With a career spanning over thirty-eight years, he possesses extensive expertise in two key areas: managing people at the workplace and the practical application of management principles. Mr. Kumar’s primary areas of interest revolve around HR planning, staffing, training and development, performance appraisal, organizational structure and communication. His diverse experiences and in-depth understanding of these subjects enable him to offer invaluable insights and make significant contributions to the field of management.
