About The Author

Asha Bhandarker is Distinguished Professor of Organizational Behavior at IMI, New Delhi, renowned for her expertise in HR and Leadership. With over 28 years of experience, she has collaborated with corporate boards and top management teams in the areas of organizational development and capacity building. A recipient of the prestigious Senior Fulbright Fellowship for research in the United States, she has authored seven books and numerous research papers.

Subrat Kumar, CEO of People Labs, specializes in experiential learning interventions for corporate and academic institutions. With an MBA from MDI, Gurgaon and Fellow from IMI, New Delhi, he has trained over 25,000 professionals from leading organizations like Airtel, GSK, Maruti, and prestigious institutions like MDI, NMIMS, IIMs and XLRI. His case study on New Holland Tractors India is published at the Richard Ivey Case Centre, and he has also contributed to SCOPUS-indexed journals.
