Enzensberger, suhrkamp taschenbuch 111, 1973, 483 p.) Niemand mu "Revolutionär" noch "revolutionär" sein/werden, um den gesamten Justizapparat im heutigen Deutschland für so höchst reformbedürftig wie nachhaltig - und systemimmanent gesehn - reformunfähig zu halten. Bleibt in concreto zu den Texten in diesem Bändchen noch dreierlei nachzutragen: (1.) können auch die hier dokumentierten und kritisch kommentierten "unscheinbaren Oberflächenerscheinungen", so Siegfried Kracauers kulturhistorischer Hinweis (1927), geeignet sein, den "Ort, den eine Epoche im Geschichtsproze einnimmt, schlagender zu bestimmen" als die diversen zeitgeistigen "Urteile der Epoche über sich selbst"; (2.) ist das im ersten Text zum Phantomdelikt "Beleidigung" positiv hervorgehobene Bad Kreuznacher Landgerichtsurteil auf Betreiben von Generalstaatsanwaltschaft und Oberlandesgericht Koblenz inzwischen "kassiert" worden. Beide angeklagte "Volljuristen" wurden inzwischen nach OLG-Revision von derselben Richterperson (Vorsitzendem Landgerichter B.) bei unveränderter Sachlage "verknackt"; (3.) ist - ein weiterer derzeit unauflösbarer Widerspruch - (nicht nur meine) Just
