Earlier he has worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Education (UG), Mizoram University (Central University), Aizwal, Mizoram, and as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education, Assam University (Central University), Silchar, Assam. He has eighteen years of teaching and research experience in Research Methodology and Statistics, Cognitive Science, Cognitive Psychology, Psychology of Teaching-Learning, Curriculum, Pedagogy of Teaching-Learning, Educational Technology, Distance Education, and many other advanced content areas of education. His published books include Multi-dimensional Activity Based Integrated Approach (For Cognitive and Creative Development) and Teacher Education. He has also published a number of articles and research papers in various national and international journals of repute.
