Daya, Preeya: - Dr. Preeya Daya is an Academic Director at the Achievement Awards Group and an Executive Director at the Leadership Dialogue. Her consulting and research relates to organisational behaviour, including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, leadership and personal mastery.
