After meeting her partner later in life, Liberty was told at age 43 that she had a 0.7% chance of having another baby with her own eggs - and that was with the assistance of IVF. She decided that she couldn't accept those odds and instead, she and her partner decided to continue their fertility journey with integrative medicine. Two years later, she conceived her beautiful daughter naturally, and gave birth two weeks before her 45th birthday.

Now, she works as a Certified Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach helping to create bespoke programmes for both couples and single people hoping to achieve optimum fertility. In this book, she shares everything she has learned on her own journey and the knowledge she shares with her clients. This is a book about humanising fertility and giving people tangible first steps and grounding information to help them get the results they are hoping for. From Liberty's own experience, and those she has worked with, she has seen too often people are treated just as an age, a number, gender, or a race. With 360 Fertility, Liberty wants to write a book that helps make the journey bespoke and personal for all readers.

Liberty breaks down her 12-week programme focusing on getting you and/or your partner ready - both mentally and physically. This book helps readers assess their past and what triggers might be holding them back. It also focuses on cleaning up your present: getting your body and environment healthy, and your mental state fortified. There's also an in-depth and expert overview of what supplements are key in the early stages of conception. Finally, this book includes a helpful and accessible breakdown of IVF and the variety of innovative new treatments that are out there that are aiding natural fertility and IVF.

In her late teens, Liberty set off to travel the world as a model, however by the age of thirty she was diagnosed with the debilitating autoimmune disease Lupus. Through implementing functional medicine practices, she successfully reversed this incurable disease and is now marker free. Her personal health journey served as the catalyst to pursue a career change and go to study at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, leading her to become a certified nutrition coach.

Now, she works as a Certified Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach helping to create bespoke programmes for both couples and single people hoping to achieve optimum fertility. Her expertise lies in supporting women with low ovarian reserve and men with a low sperm profile where the male factor is a primary or contributing factor.


As well as private international coaching on fertility, menopause, autoimmune and
anxiety, Liberty regularly speaks publicly for companies at wellbeing events and has
contributed to publications such as Newsweek, Platinum magazine and Natural Health.
