Nach seinem Schulabschluss wechselte er in eine städtische Region und übte Berufe mit internationalem Charakter aus. Er legt großen Wert auf detailreiche stimmige Beschreibungen und würzt diese mit einem Schuß Humor. Die Sprache bleibt dabei immer sinnlich anregend und gepflegt. Sein Ziel ist es, den Leser zu fesseln, anzuregen und seiner Phantasie freien Lauf zu lassen - Kopf-Kino auf höchstem Niveau. Er liebt die Natur und Fotographie, was sich auch in seinen Titelbildern wiederspiegelt.
