Aliesa is also the creator of the Super Ankles Foot-Fit Board Workout, and believes that building a strong foundation of understanding for body awareness is key to fine-tuning fitness and maximizing benefits from every exercise, sport, and athletic endeavor. As a wellness expert with more than 40 years of teaching, coaching, and movement mentoring experience, her passion is helping people deepen the mind-body connection by exploring common-sense strategies for health enhancement and self-care to achieve wellness success.
