The next exciting addition to The Gary Graybill Murder Mystery Series, "A Penalty in Blood" is a good old fashioned "Who-dun-it" that takes you through the streets and houses of The French Quarter in the party and fun capital of America, New Orleans. Follow along with Detective Lieutenant James "Gator" McNeal and his team as they race against time to stop a mysterious Hitman, known only as Lo Spettro, that has come to New Orleans. He's already killed once and he's going to kill again -and this time his target is Gator! The race is on! Will Gator get the killer before the killer gets him? You'll love the twists and turns in the thrilling story. But you'll have to pay attention and wait for the final twist in the final chapter -when all is revealed.

Gary Graybill is just one of those people that has done a little of everything. He has experience in business, everything from selling cars to running a design gallery. He was a Midshipman in the NROTC at UC Berkeley and in the Navy. Gary served as a Police Officer in the San Francisco Bay Area, including time as Detective investigating homicides. He has been in education, has an MBA, and has taught leadership and management classes. He is retired now but most recently was Associate Director of a private college. Gary has traveled the world and been on almost every continent at least once. He has been to 29 of the states, and hasn't seen enough of this great country. His favorite cities are New York for entertainment; New Orleans for fun and food; and Honolulu for recreation and rest. He believes in God but thinks you should be respected regardless of what you believe. He describes himself as just an average American ---something he's proud to be.
