The writer is a visiting lecturer in Rural Development at Central Department of Rural Development/Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. He teaches the course entitled "Rural Development: Theory and Discourse" to MA First Semester students. He also taught undergraduate students the course in Rural Sociology and Development at Sigma College affiliated to Tribhuvan University.
