He is screening editor of Corporate Governance - an international review and editorial board member of Accounting & Business Research and Journal of Management and Governance. He is also the author of over sixty publications on corporate governance and reporting, including research-based monographs, international journal articles and book chapters."

Zattoni, Alessandro: - Alessandro Zattoni is the professor of strategy and governance at LUISS University and associate dean for the executive education and life-long learning at the LUISS Business School. He is also editor in chief of Corporate Governance: An International Review and editorial board member of Journal of Management Studies. Alessandro is author of over one hundred publications on corporate governance, including research-based monographs, international journal articles and book chapters.
