Debolina C Bakshi (also known as Debolina Chakraborty Bakshi) is an educator, writer, and performer based in India. Born in Digboi, Assam, she teaches English and has worked with children and adolescents across different school settings. Raised in a joint family, with teaching as a shared vocation between her and her father, she grew up immersed in language and discipline. Alongside writing, she is a poet, singer, guitarist, TEDx speaker, and television anchor. She is the author of the poetry collection Whispers of the Gypsy Soul (2021) and is currently learning French, with a growing interest in languages and voice across cultures.
