Connelly, Tarique: - Tarique Connelly is a former Philadelphia high school biology teacher whose classroom experiences exposed deeper systemic challenges within American education. His work in urban schools revealed both the struggles students face and the untapped potential that emerges when they are truly engaged.Beyond the classroom, he has traveled to more than eighty countries, using movement and reflection as a way to better understand both the world and himself. These experiences continue to shape his perspective on learning, growth, and what it means to remain a student in a rapidly changing world.A Teacher's Odyssey is his debut memoir.
