Im weltweiten Migrationsgeschehen stehen vor diesem Hintergrund gewaltige demo-okonomische und humanitare Aufgaben an; denn die langfristigen Folgen von Bevolkerungswachstum, Weltwirtschaftskrise, Umweltzerstorung und Klimawandel durften in den besonders betroffenen Reg- nen Massenwanderungen in Gang setzen. Das gilt also nicht nur fur die bisherigen Ausgangsraume des globalen Migrationsgeschehens.
