Do not ever carry that burden alone. I tried for so many years to be someone that I wasn't. Someone who, I thought, was being cool, to disguise my pain. However, when we begin doing this, we bury ourselves and our problems deeper and deeper. I truly believe that this book will help many people realize that it is okay to come to turns with what they have locked away. When they do, they will open doors that they never knew existed, including the ones that they have closed up, locked and dead bolted to their heart.
