Dr. Davis presented her doctoral dissertation on the relationship between African American father involvement and the success of their college-age children at the Organization of Counseling Center Directors in Higher Education (OCCDHE) conference. She maintains a private practice centered on supporting high-achievers in overcoming perfectionism, embracing their authentic selves, and cultivating self-compassion.
